Managing Director

Loretta Watts

Loretta is an experienced Managing Director, Head of Corporate Services and Chief Financial Officer with more than 25 years’ experience. Loretta has a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and Human Resources from the University of Southern Queensland and is a Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants. Loretta is also a registered BAS Agent with the Tax Practitioners Board.

Loretta started STEPH NSW Pty Ltd as a bookkeeping service in 2000, where it was named after her daughter. Initially “STEPH” referred to “Support to End Phenomenal [Financial] Headaches”, being a way for businesses to gain financial support and advice. However, working closely with her business partners, Sonia and Steph, Loretta decided to diversify the business and therefore the range of services and people that can be supported.

Whilst being a business minded and driven person, Loretta also enjoys spending her spare time on the sporting field. Growing up in Hockey and Softball, Loretta spent 4 years on the Softball NSW Board (President and Director of Finance), as well as 16 years in Club and Association Committees. If you can’t find her in the office or at the sporting field, she is like either walking her dog or watching crime shows at home.

Occupational Therapist

Laura

My name is Laura (she/her), I am a neurodivergent occupational therapist who hopes to be able to support others in living a life that is meaningful and fulfilling to them. I appreciate the unique experience and journey that each person has and endeavour to incorporate interests and areas of joy when working together. I enjoy supporting others by developing an in-depth understanding of their sensory and lived experience and accepting them for who they are and not who they may have been told to be.

I have a particular love and interest in all things ‘sensory’. Exploring your sensory preferences and developing an understanding of how these may impact on your life experience is a journey that I would gladly join you on.

I have completed my Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and hope to continue developing my skills and knowledge to promote a neuro-affirming and trauma informed approach in my work.
